On the exterior, the following are our suggested standard
products:
- 30 years architectural roofing
shingles by Certainteed;
- Certainteed Monogram Vinyl Siding with
a Limited Lifetime Warranty;
- Azek or equivalent trim with a 25 year
limited warranty;
- Aluminum and/or vinyl soffits and
fascia;
- Seamless aluminum gutters and
downspouts;
- PVC trim around the entry doors; and
- Vinyl windows with a 20 year insulated
glass warranty.
