ENERGY STAR DESIGN

The ceilings have a minimum insulation R value of 38.  The exterior walls have a minimum R value of 21, and the basement ceiling has a minimum R value of 19.  More insulation can be added upon request. The exterior walls are foamed where there are electrical outlets.  The basement sills are sealed.  Even the heating system will qualify for energy credits due to its high efficiency!

We can install options such as “On Demand” hot water heaters, Geo Thermal Heat/Cool Systems, Programmable Thermostats and Smart Home Technology.  If you have a unique requirement, just ask our President.  He can usually design in anything to meet your requirement.
